In the fourth quarter of 2023, the iOS platform in Oceania saw a dynamic performance from the top five food delivery services. Here’s a closer look at the weekly trends in downloads and active users for these apps.

DoorDash - Food Delivery experienced a varied trend in weekly downloads, starting strong with approximately 23K downloads in late September, but gradually declining to around 17K by the end of December. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at about 466K in early October and ending the year at roughly 412K.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery maintained a relatively stable download rate, beginning at around 19K in late September and finishing close to 20K in late December. Active users saw a high of approximately 863K in late October, followed by a dip to around 778K by the end of December.

Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery showed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting from about 10K in late September and reaching nearly 19K by the end of December. Active users mirrored this upward trend, growing from approximately 268K in late September to about 353K in late December.

Menulog - Food Delivery had a steady download performance, beginning at around 10K in late September and slightly increasing to about 9.3K by the end of December. Active users displayed a minor decline, starting from approximately 122K and ending the quarter at around 113K.

DoorDash - Dasher saw consistent weekly downloads, starting at around 3.3K in late September and maintaining a similar level throughout the quarter, with a slight peak at approximately 3.6K in early December. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 25K throughout the quarter.
